SOHMA AI – Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to SOHMA’s Terms and Conditions of Use (these "Terms"). This is a contract between you and MaxSpace VR Limited, and we want you to be aware of your and our rights before using the SOHMA AI application, platform, or any connected service (the "App" or “SOHMA”).
 

Please take a moment to read these Terms carefully. Once you access, view, or use the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Using SOHMA

Before using the App, you will need to register for an account ("Account"). To create an Account, you must:

  • Sign in using a supported login method (e.g., Apple ID, Google, email, etc.)

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction)

  • Be legally permitted to use SOHMA in your country of residence
     

By registering, you authorize us to access and use certain account information (e.g., name and age) in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and may not use another user's account without permission.

You can delete your account at any time via your settings, and we’ll retain your profile in case you choose to return. MaxSpace VR Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, or use operational, legal, or technological means to enforce these Terms (including blocking specific IPs), at any time, with or without notice.

 

Types of Content

There are three types of content within SOHMA:

  • Your Content – what you upload or input

  • Member Content – content shared by other users or organizations

  • Our Content – content developed or licensed by SOHMA and its partners

     

Prohibited Content

To keep SOHMA safe and inclusive, we do not allow content that:

  • Harasses, abuses, or insults others

  • Contains obscene, offensive, or sexually explicit material

  • Promotes illegal or dangerous activity

  • Defames others or infringes on intellectual property

  • Spams or solicits commercial activity without permission

  • Contains viruses, spyware, or malicious code

  • Violates our [Community Guidelines]

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and may suspend accounts found in violation.

 

Your Content

You are solely responsible for Your Content and must have all necessary rights to share it.

Please avoid sharing personal contact or financial information in public areas. If you share personal data with other users, you do so at your own risk.

By uploading content, you grant MaxSpace VR Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute your content across its services and partners. This license continues even if you delete your account or content.

We may remove or restrict Your Content at any time and are not obligated to display or preserve it.

 

Member Content

Other users’ content belongs to them. You may not copy, use, or redistribute it except as permitted by the platform for interaction or collaboration purposes.

Misuse of another user's information (e.g., spam, threats, or unsolicited commercial use) may result in termination of your account.

 

Our Content

All other content on SOHMA (trademarks, code, designs, etc.) belongs to MaxSpace VR Limited or its licensors and is protected by law.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Our Content for lawful personal or organizational purposes only.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, sell, or modify our content

  • Use our brand or marks without permission

  • Create derivative works

  • Exploit SOHMA or its content commercially outside approved agreements

     

Usage Restrictions

Any attempt to scrape, replicate, or interfere with SOHMA’s services, software, or systems (automated or manual) without permission is strictly prohibited.

If you experience abuse or harmful content, report it via our support team.

Giveaways (if applicable)

SOHMA may run periodic giveaways. By entering, you agree to the terms including eligibility, delivery, and winner notification rules. Full giveaway terms can be made available upon request.
